Event Details:
Dreams come true with Fair Trade! Alter Trade producers' and employees children with ages 6-12 years come together and draw their dreams for themselves, for their families and for their communities.
Participants will receive school supplies and Fair Trade Mascobado sugar products.
As part of the program, orientation on the theme "Kids Need Fair Trade" and on the issue of child labor will be conducted to producers and employees present at the event.
On May 12, 2007, Alter Trade will release a Press Statement to promote World Fair Trade Day '07 and to publish winners of the drawing competition. |
