Aptecperu was very excited to celebrate the World Fair Trade Day May 10th.

We were in the new town of Ayacucho in the Cacete province, 180 kilometers to the south of Lima. 4000 people live there in a desert like environment where water is scarce. Because of these climatic conditions they do not have green areas or trees to improve their local environment and ecology.

We taught local residents and kids how to sow trees and pasture them according to our system called 'Riego por exudaciуn con cantaros microporosos de ceramica'.
